All this is good material to prove that the Labor government is infected with apprehended bias against PEP 11.
Some seem to think the relevant minister, such as Mr Ed, sits there making a decision in isolation. Mr Ed was appointed by Albo and he can sack him. Also, controversial matters such as PEP 11 with political implications, are discussed at cabinet level. This pressure on the minister from the anti-PEP 11 Albo and MK could result in a biased decision.
IMO any negative decision by Mr Ed should go straight back to the Federal Court. Revolving ministers, past unfavourable comments, undue delays and Scomio’s stunts means we have had been treated disgracefully by politicians of all persuasions.
If BPH doesn’t come good we can make our fortunes making punching bags modelled on Scomo, Albo and Bandit! LOL
