With no legal training , IMO as I said to DB before the last Fed Court case , I would love to be prosecuting the Scomo/PEP 11 case. Politicians are so self-absorbed with power and being re-elected that they lose sight of what is fair and reasonable. The national interest falls way down the list of priorities.
Either the Government will see common sense and follow the NOPTA recommendation and approve the extension of PEP 11 or make a biased political decision and this time we should sue the Government for the whole estimated potential losses from PEP 11 .BPH and Bounty have sufficient capital for the legal expenses. BTW has the Government repayed the previous legal expenses?
