Its seems pretty simple...
Either they follow the law and approve or they have to find a valid reason for denial.
They know there is no valid reason otherwise this would have been put to bed months ago.
Its all about political posturing now to minimise the perceived fallout of such a controversial decision.
If only these fools understood that the only people that care about this decision is a handful of surfers and a group of SH's.
Go ask your friends about their view of PEP11 and see what they say. I have a 100 percent response of what's that in my circle.
The Government have made a mountain out of a mole hill and now they have to manage it.
That's why they get paid the big bucks hey
