IMO any negative decision by Mr Ed should go straight back to the Federal Court. Revolving ministers, past unfavourable comments, undue delays and Scomio’s stunts means we have had been treated disgracefully by politicians of all persuasions.
If BPH doesn’t come good we can make our fortunes making punching bags modelled on Scomo, Albo and Bandit! LOL

There is very little case to go against the JA recommendation. When was the last time an application was rejected as this stage?

Based on past approvals at JA stage, the fact the government is in a court case - we are in pretty good stead for a nice green tick - question is when?

Hope Ed puts this matter to bed soon
