Yes, you make a good point Crusader ….it would be good to point out in court (if it comes to that) that few applications are rejected by the powers that be. I believe the announcement of Mr Ed as the relevant minister was a necessary precursor to giving a decision. As I believe he has had it on his plate since last year the decision is imminent!!!
