Correct.
The gov would put there evidence forward on national interest as would the plaintiff.
Now that can go either ways in a verdict compared to a bias finding.
What is gas national interest to the government itself?
That would be the ruling matter.
At the moment we do not know exactly what they classify in the sense to be national interest.
I was being devils advocate in the sense there is a lawful out in the legislation outside bias.
