She has virtually been a cheerleader for gas in the past few months - especially in Parliament....
So.. handballing it to someone who has NOT been accused by the Greens (in my words) as being "in the pocket of the gas industry)" might be the best thing to do to make a decision - and APPROVE PEP11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
