I believe 99.9% of the world's scientists disagree with both of you. They do more 'critical thinking' than any of us.
China is transitioning to net zero by 2060. They import their coal.... which is a bit stupid when they manufacture nearly all of the world's Solar PV panels. Recently announced they are going heavy on installing their own PV nationwide.
