Courts haven't done anything yet, why change? Layers to courts as well, each one happy to hold off your claim another 3 years. Negative outcome, appeal, could more years, move to higher court, another year.
Most politicians probably look at it and think "that can be delayed until the next guy".
February last year people were locking this in as quick and easy victory. Whole system is f***ked, especially for the little guys
