Yep, every day another shareholder or two gives up, sells their position, moves to what they hope is something better. I respect that and wish them all the best.
But, the fundamentals remain the same. NOPTA recommended approval in 2020, it is 99.9% certain they have again in October 2023. If the JA have an open mind, which they say they have, they will approve. If they want to decline, they need a valid reason. If they had a valid reason, it would be dead already. SO do they give a big sigh and approve? Or do they make stuff up like Scomo and decline sending it straight back to court? I am prepared for both outcomes but I still believe that the JA will not want another court case.
Let's not forget we have valuable investments in Cortical/BARM and Clean Hydrogen
