I can't believe it took them that long to announce the delegation from the minister of resources to the backup. I believe (albeit without proof) that they are delaying the decision on purpose to get closer to the next election so that the court cannot overturn their decision before the next election. I think it is just so blatantly obvious.
I think this was their plan all along, otherwise the NOPTA assessor would have emailed the report to the Joint Authority (the minister) in my opinion... but somehow they didn't? According to multiple freedom of information requests
1, the Minister for Resources Madeleine King MP was never in possession of the NOPTA report.

2 to pretend that "more due process" will be needed by the 'newly appointed decision maker'.... (cough cough... ) As far as I am concerned I think it is a delaying tactic by the Government to get closer to the election.

[however the decision to possibly allow Ed Husic to be the real decision maker was possibly made long before then in my opinion].I have you covered... lol you can bet your bottom dollar I would have saved that post, it backed up literally what I posted about even though the whole forum said I was wrong for months. I can't believe no-one accused him of the date being wrong and that it was written by hand etc etc... (rofl).
