Seems like there's a bit going on behind the scenes.

Now I am not quite convinced of the theory about delaying the decision until t he next election, but my track record of guessing what the next play is isn't great, however surely if that is the case and their is some prima facie evidence even if it is tenuous at best, surely DB's lawyers are obligated to do something.

I know DB doesn't want to rock the boat legally as he thinks it will detrimentally prejudice the outcome of the application, but it gets to a point where the good of doing something outweighs whatever possible negative outcomes may occur.

IMO that time seems to be here or at least fast approaching.
