My only response to that with respect to to receiving the report is again- Senator Watts 26/02/2024 Video:
He states that the Depts of both NSW and FEDs have received the report on 18/10/2023. I believe (and maybe this is typical/the norm) that the Ministers did not receive the report. They have asked their departments to assess/report back to them. That is why we had in the last BPH report - statement by DB that they have been submitting info to the JA Authority (directly or thru NOPTA i dont know). There is NO need to mention JA unless it has reached the JA Level through the NOPTA process and more info requests have been made at this time.
My only response to that with respect to to receiving the report...
