This is fact. The cost of gas to NSW Industry and domestic customers can only rise if NSW imports gas via PKIT. Liquification costs, transport costs, re-gassification costs. Twiggy won't waiver on his required margin.
The end user pays.
Or shuts down.
Fact is, the lowest cost gas is conventional gas, closest to the customer base, and that is PEP11.
