Libs seems like they are structuring for a refusal/ or desired too. They really pitched the PM in corner of refusal. "the intent of the Prime Minister"

Hard to take much positive from the language used by both sides of the isle. Only thing the government did was stifle debate by voting to keep standing orders.

Someone earlier mentioned the bargaining chip between Nationals + Libs ongoing climate negotiations. I hope so.
