    I suppose Silene that until a decision is made on PEP11 any mention of anything to do with it would be considered a leak. Imagine if that statement mentioned Sydney basins,

    Two and two together and the assumption would be approval. I know you can also argue the other way in that denial means they would not mention it either but my gut tells me its the former. You know the old we won't be running a commentary blah blah blah...
