Apart from your reasoning which makes sense to me, the major thing I think that flys in the face of the no decision until after the election narrative is the disclosure that Mr Ed is the delegate.

If the governments big scheme was to delay until after the election then there would be absolutely no need to disclose the delegate. In fact it would make a lot more sense to simply say nothing and deflect for the next 12 months.

I absolutely think a decision will be made before the next election and to be honest I hope there is another pump and dump soon to get rid of those holders that believe otherwise
