Wow if that's the case that blows my theory of the State and Feds operating independently of each other and probably adds weight to JB and Danzae's theory of a stall until after the election.
If that is the case I still can't reconcile why they would have publicly declared Husic as the decision maker.
Also if that is indeed the case then DB has an obligation to pursue legal avenues whatever they may be and not worry about who he upsets. Couldn't be any worse off than where we are atm so might as well upset them now.
