I believe we have a list of permits since October 23.
If all other permits have been actioned, and btw (from what I’m aware, all have been approved) apart from Pep, wouldn’t that show a bias delay??
Isn’t that enough evidence to go to court?
I think a good hard think about timing of taking the government back to court.
Now, just after all this gas announcement and talk.
