Lots of talk today about the company taking legal action over the delay in processing the permit.

I know in the past you have quite clearly stated that there are no grounds to take the government back to court as the court order did not stipulate a time for the permit to be processed.

My question is this.....bearing in mind that the court order alludes to processing the application in a 'timely' manner, can it be argued under a rule of reasonableness that a year down the track is no longer timely and if so can that act as a catalyst to return to court.

I am presuming by your past posts you have some type of legal background but please correct me if I am wrong.
