They have sat on 2 applications for 15 and 7 months. There is NO reason they should be sitting on them this long. The fact that there is NO time clause in the OPGGS Act for the NOPTA Process allows them to do as they wish. However, because we have come out of a Court order.... I would say they have some responsibility to make their decisions in a fair time frame. I believe a FAIR time frame for BOTH Applications have now passed.
IMO...The longer this goes ... the DEEPER the hole they dig.... a REJECTION should have been done as soon as possible to stop any 'losses' to the effected parties. Shareholders - especially ME - have LOST a whole LOT since i jumped into this political mess where its gone from 6.8 to 2.0!!!
