Smart play by David and the BPH team I think, and one that proactively mitigates any BS curveball that could otherwise leverage those who wish to stop this great opportunity.

You may have a point here Tiges….I recall when Scomo came out to publicly deny PEP 11 the extension of the permit, he mentioned one of the reasons was not being properly financially resourced. If we give DB the benefit of the doubt , he may be trying to close that door on the Government to deny the extension of the permit on that basis.
