The most obvious would be financial capacity. They came out proud as punch last week announcing how they had raised $1 million. If they were as confident as punters here it will be signed why didn’t they go for $50-$100 million. Because obviously there not and wanted to scrape together a few more coins to keep the doors open.Must have been so humiliating going to market to raise such a paltry sum. It’s a pretty simple question why has approval not been signed if what people claim here is that’s it’s just a formality.
