RA that's exactly right both in volumes and in SP movement.
I think as LTH's there is a tendency to try and attach to anything that provides hope.
The announcement yesterday of the environmental report was probably the catalyst for the small spike but again LTH's will know that if and when this goes it will be astronomical volumes in the hundreds of millions and with little to no warning.
BUY movement will be the other give away.
In the meantime its a bit of churn taking place but a green day is fun to watch nonetheless.
