We are what we eat.... and we eat a bit. Australia is quite the foodbowl ...and it's not un-noticed....just look at the sino-investment here in food production.... sigh...
Not all land is super-arable. More often than not fertiliser is required. ahhh fertilisers.... we've clobbered Nauru.... for phosphates... but much fertiliser is man-made... and a major ingredient is.......... NATURAL GAS
