Exploration drilling permit Pep11 is about gas gas gas no oil involved, Pep11 by being in so close to consumers can undercut anyones gas prices and stay solvent, remember transport costs extra, well, gas is in deep water easily accessible by Japanese etc transport or if NSW says please Pep11 can supply them to for the lowest possible price at the time.
