    Yeah, I hear what you are saying and when inexplicable delays occur, every rabbit hole looks like it's worth going down.

    My view is that while the pipeline legislation was pending, NSW were within their rights to hold off providing their response. Now that the legislation is enshrined, they have NO right to delay filing their inevitable NO position. In fact, my personal opinion is that they are morally and ethically obligated to have already filed their response. I remain of the view NSW are the current roadblock.

    When NSW finally decide (?) to file their response, it will be quite interesting to see how quickly Husic moves on PEP11. Of great benefit to SH is that the people currently ringing his office aren't the Surfers, SOC, or Hinch from Terrigal, it's big industry calling him, industries that use big amounts of gas and employ big numbers of people. That is Husic's portfolio, it's his job to give industry the supply they need. JMO.
