    In that case you'd think they'd go ahead and approve what they believe will die a natural death without the ability to utilize a pipeline. BPH hasn't even drilled, it's not like on approval suddenly they'll need a pipeline cause you know, the not yet drilled site was successful (whose magic balls are they gazing into?). I mean seriously, do they not hear their own thoughts scampering around in an empty space?

    As for trying to cover arses, its a bit late for that and who gives a S anyway. A government that can't govern according to basic law without spending hard earned tax payers $$ trying to invent a loophole, shouldn't be in that position in the first place. Problem is, are any of them any different to each other? Past behaviour would suggest not.
