I agree ..in a fashion and yet I dont.
In my opinion there was no need at all for King to abdicate her seat regarding PEP11. There's only one scenario that makes that viable and that of course is to deny the application. If NOPTA had recommended such itvwould have happened eons ago. I'm prepared to believe % 99.99 that NOPTA gave the Nod. If such and should she actually believe in her own words the script for selling the approval of Pep11 to the masses is already written.
