If I read this correctly this amendment has gone the way of the previous legislation they tried to pass to stop PEP11 that went before the parliamentary committee and came back as being unconstitutional and having unintended consequences.
I think DB said as much when he announced that this BS legislation was still to be tested in court. Guess it won't need to be now.
So the theatrics and grandstanding were either ill informed or a complete waste of time and tax payer dollars or all of the above.
If what JD was saying the other day is correct, that being that NSW state and feds were colluding through this legislation to delay/halt PEP11 then hopefully the handbrake is removed from the NSW buffoons who can now say no so Mr Ed can get on with what he has to do.
Hope I am reading that all in the right way but somebody feel free to correct me if I am wrong
