Close to a done deal - only a matter of time before other fat cats jump in for a re-rate.
- Legislation has been squashed in upper house
- BPH is moving ahead with environmental consultant in advance of approval to expedite the process after sign-off.
- Gas strategy has detailed the strong need for NEW gas (supported by BOWEN)
- MK has recused herself from decision making on PEP11, to avoid the backlash (given she has been a staunch critic in the past)
- When is the last time an application has been rejected by JA... especially one of which had been overturned due to bias.
No stone turn is being left unturned. The government right now is boxed in a corner with no avenue out.
There doesn't seem to be many significant sellers left - we re-rate if one fat cat jumps.
and be sure, there are many fat cats waiting on the side for the right time, a time where it is clearest this will be approved, that time is almost here.
