    BPH can’t raise enough funds to run a chook raffle as proven last week so would be totally irresponsible to give them approval when they don’t even have the required funds for application and permitting fees. They had 10 years and the ships sailed. It’s wind turbines renewables territory now not that other alternative which is so bad for the environment
