I think King's problem is that both she and Albo quite vocally opposed Pep 11 when they were in opposition (during the Scomo debacle) and of course they could say anything and not be held to it. They were both points scoring and they both assumed that the decision would long ago be made and the project would not be their responsibility. Now they are the ones caught between a rock and a hard place and cant be the ones to approve the project or they would be seen to be breaking a promise ( big no no in the political world)........Hence the handballing of the decision to Mr. Ed. I believe that this project will eventually get approval but the political games are mindblowing.
