I don’t know why you are taking up our vital oxygen supplies…..Whales only migrate North and South along the East Coast for a few months of the year. A Rig would only need about a month to drill the gas well. This obviously could occur outside the migratory period….IF IT WAS NECESSARY TO DO SO! Whales are intelligent animals.
