I feel comfortable that should Ed sit on his hands, or be told to that the next court case we should Subpoena KP to provide evidence that he was going to approve.
Parliamentary privilege means that he probably doesnt have to appear unfortunately.
Plan B could be to FOI the info we need to prove one hell of a lost 3yrs opportunity.
