We spoted i spoted whales at Warnambool hundreds of times, every time within 1 or so km from shore, good exemple along great Ocean road in deep water Victoria has exploration drilling for gas not affecting whales cruising along.
Everyone spote whales within as far as we can see them say 5 km, no whales seen around the 25 km where Pep11 is marked its exploration drill.
Labor government grant Pep11 extention of exploration drilling permit just because it's time too!
Continue dragging your feet will make us shareholders of Pep11 associates drag our feet when election time comes, that is a Bible, count on it Labor government.
