You'd have to provide evidence to substantiate your claim and that evidence would need to be number of deaths as opposed to serious injuries caused to whales directly by ships and yachts.

There should also be a sub category of incidents that did not cause serious injury but could have led to debilitating symptoms experienced by whales that significantly reduced the quality of their life, again directly attributed to contacts with ships and yachts
