And yet DB seems reluctant almost to the point of resistant to initiating any legal action until the Government make the first move.
Its a game of chicken that I'm not sure is in our best interests.
There has to be a time threshold whereby the potential damage done by irritating t he decision makers is outweighed by the damage being done to the company and as such legal action if available should be taken.
The question is when does that time arrive.
