Unfortunately it is a matter of TIME - good ole father time is holding us back. The zombie pollies have to make a decision - sooner or later. Pressure needs to be put on them and I would like to see the Klarite Plans (environment and anything else) when ready - submitted to NOPSEMA - REGARDLESS of whether the JA Decision has been made or not --> Sort of in line with what @sodge said with respect of OPGGS Act. Whether we can do it or not - dont care - just submit for approval once ready!
As for the pollies:
NSW: YOU have no reason to be holding back your APPROVAL!!!!.... APPROVE NOW!!!!!!!
and
FEDs: IMO ----> YOU are 'guilty' of bad faith/UNdue process and UNfair behaviour with respect to the Court Order (Application No1) and Application No 2. APPROVE BOTH APPLICATIONS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
