It eventually catches up with them because more hc page views are done in Google search than on the hc site itself.
I'd say pep11 is getting closer to approval, generally when approvals are closer, those against it crawl out of there holes and spread falsities.
4 here now. One oddly in reply to whooshka stated put US on ignore. US is a collective term.
