It's good that you are quite open about your trading. What many on here don't understand is that for every poster like you, there are dozens doing exactly that, who either don't post, or post in a way that doesn't divulge that is what they actually do. We see turnover in periods of volatility that would usually result in substantial shareholders notice coming out or at the minimum, some movement in the Top 20. Our Top 20 barely moves. Reality, it's just traders doing what they do, and please don't get me wrong, I am quite OK with that, traders are part of the ASX just as much as those like me that are more focused on the medium/long term. I especially chuckle when I read posts like "any sign of approval and I will be back in". It's a completely false notion, there won't be any sign, whether approval or decline, it will go bang, it will be on people before they know it.
I do understand why the traders get whiny on here, lack of volatility and lack of turnover are killers.
Poor old DB, while all the HC posters that bash management spend their nights hitting the town, he lies awake wondering how can he appease the latest wave of anonymous forum users whacking him for his supposed apathy. Err, nup.
The next three months will be very interesting IMO. It is pretty naive to think all parties will just bunker down for winter and status quo will remain. PEP11 rarely sits still, and historically, we are reaching several key milestones that will almost certainly result in movement. I am not interested in changing peoples minds about this sort of stuff. People will form their own views. These pivot points are when the money is made in BPH IMO. Ofcourse this is just my opinion, I could easily be wrong, but there is a body of evidence that I am happy to rely on. JMO. Not advice. GLTAH.
