True the consent order was made, but only after the negotiation I think.
We could have stipulated the clause under the Act that allows for a timeframe for a decision at the outset.
Maybe we should take them back to court sprouting the "untimely delay" from one side of the JA where her part has stipulated a NO response in no uncertain terms.
Force Things a bit harder.
