You just said "Whatever the reason does not matter anymore." I beg to differ, it does matter, because someone just piled the blame on DB for not having a time limit imposed. I am merely trying to find out exactly what happened, so that any unnecessary blame games can be put to rest, should the facts reveal this to be the appropriate response.
