    I would say he has to play his cards a lot more carefully then some others would. Being respectful and waiting might be the way to go for the first 16 months - but it has come time to do something (like for example Klarite/NOPSEMA).

    I honestly think that he can not allow these B options to expire. It is effected directly by the Court Order AND the delaying tactics of the Govt. If anyone is to blame for anything - it is the Govt.

    As for CR - NO ONE is holding a gun to anyone's head to participate. Up to the individual to decide. BUT - I will repeat - BPH can NOT allow these to expire at the mercy of the Govt causing loss MONEY to the shareholders/investors
