If he lobbies etc. If there is legal action later. He does two things.
1. Gives away his attack method.
2. Potentially poisons his evidence in the sense certain facts at a court of law might not be admissable.
Yes this sux, but to rattle the cage most likely goes against bph in a court of law later on.
There are no avenues because the legislation gives the government a free pass on time.
