Did I say ask questions? No I did not.
I've been in court many times and you need to be careful on what you do pre litigation.
We have to view pre litigation here as a possability.
Certain evidences can be ruled in admissable if in the public domain or if they become hearsay.
Many have also rattled cages, made things public which I referred to, and it went against them in the court.
Naturally DB can ask questions, but privately.
