Exactly/. So probably not the best idea to have random shareholders turning up at the ministers office wanting to talk about PEP11.
absolutely zero chance of even getting a meeting. The shareholder has NO standing as a company/applicant representative and the minister certainly would know how completely improper it would be to have the meeting and discuss pep11.
