absolutely no incentive for the govt to commit to a decision: apart from a small group of shareholders no one else really cares and it’s certainly not a national issue.

BPH can take no legal action because they have no basis for any action. Don’t listen to the wafflers about high court victories and judges waiting to pounce on the govt. waffle .

once the govt makes a decision the option is open to BPH to appeal that decision to the administrative appeals section of the federal court. But that action is only available after a decision is handed down.

this has always been the case but too much bush lawyering leading people to believe that there were other legal avenues open to BPH to force the govt ‘s hand and there never was.
