The problem is, we are dealing with politicians and the legislation concerning pep11 has no clause on how long the minister should take.

I don't think DB will get any answers, but, if he did and publically announced it.

Bph and buy would most likely be halted, until what was stated materialised.

If discussions are occuring, they would be commercial in confidence between advent and the government.

Positive indications.

1. Appointment of klarite.

2. Mec, buy, bph and advent raising funds.

In the act, the minister takes into account financial ability to carry out works. Nopta does not evaluate finance.

3. Moving decision from resources portfolio to industry portfolio. Nopta gets there directive from the resources minister. This removes conflict between minister and nopta.

I won't go into hearsay, non admissable etc and how one could poison there position by certain actions.

So I've focused on 3 positive things all should hold onto in this drawn out saga.

I've noticed and rightfully so the mood here has altered recently. We are all being tested.
