yes and that is up to the applicant not individual shareholders.
who knows what’s going on behind the scenes but the govt is probably just ignoring it.
none of the press releases or things sent to the media will get picked up because they will just see it for what it is. A group of investors pushing their investment outcome and they will not doing anything with it.
they will only take a story from the company itself.
